Full Job Description
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all work surfaces and floors are kept clean and tidy before, during, and after service.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and organisation.
- Support the kitchen team in adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
- Help with general kitchen duties as required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. - Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a professional kitchen setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a kitchen role is a plus, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
