Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef

As a Kitchen Assistant/ Commis Chef, you'll support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food while ensuring a clean and organised work environment. Your role will be key to helping us deliver a fantastic dining experience for our customers., Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring all equipment, work surfaces, and utensils are clean and sanitised.

Wash and organise crockery, cutlery, and cookware efficiently.

Support chefs and other team members during busy periods.

Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors when replenishments are needed.

A hardworking and reliable individual with a team-oriented approach.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail, particularly in maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

Previous experience in a kitchen or catering role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
