Kitchen Assistant - Atlantico UK - London

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Delicias. The role involves supporting the daily preparation and service of our Portuguese & Brazilian food, helping to ensure the kitchen and food counter are ready for service each day. Main responsibilities:

• Morning food preparation and preparation for lunch service
• Assisting with the preparation of hot dishes, salads, sandwiches and other products
• Keeping the kitchen and preparation areas clean and organised
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Replenishing the food counter throughout the day when required
• Monitoring products and informing the team when items need to be prepared or restocked
• Supporting the front counter/team during the afternoon when required
• Cleaning and general kitchen duties
• Working together with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth daily service
  
  We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right candidate. Portuguese or English speaking candidates are welcome.
