Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. Day to day duties

• Developing creative approaches to engaging with young people through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships to support NEET individuals into the programme.
• Design and deliver innovative and engaging personal development sessions, workshops, and one-to-one coaching activities with young people supporting them to overcome barriers and make progress toward positive progressions.
• Lead and support activities as part of learner residential.
• Build trusting and supportive relationships with young people, motivating them to participate and helping them set and achieve personal development goals
  
  Experience working with young people, particularly those facing barriers to education, training or employment.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging group sessions and one-to-one mentoring or coaching.
• Strong understanding of youth development principles, employability skills, and the challenges faced by NEET young people.
