Full Job Description

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has experience of working successfully with young people in a supporting/mentoring role. Your experience will have given you excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of the support needs of young people with a mental health or medical condition, disability or learning difficulty. We'd also like you to hold a Level 2 qualification in English/Literacy as a minimum and a Level 1 qualification in Maths.

The benefits package includes 27 days annual leave plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year as well as an additional 5 days Wellbeing leave to enhance employees' physical and mental health. This leave is all in addition to Bank Holiday entitlement.
