KEY STAGE 3 TEACHER OF ENGLISH & MATHS A unique opportunity for a skilled and passionate Year 6 Teacher to work at University Collegiate School (UCS), Bolton. - Deliver high-quality teaching in English and Maths to Key Stage 3 students within a secondary school environment
- Use your primary teaching experience to support student transition from primary to secondary education
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons and interventions that inspire and challenge students
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to ensure continuity and progression in learning
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold QUEST's values and ethos
- Support students' personal development and wellbeing through effective pastoral care Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching Year 6 or primary-aged pupils
- Ability to transfer and adapt primary teaching skills effectively within a secondary school context
- Commitment to student progress and a passion for fostering a love of learning Desirable Qualities:
- Enthusiasm for career development and a willingness to embrace new challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
