Job Overview: As a Café Key Holder, you play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the café. You will be responsible for opening and/or closing the store, ensuring smooth service, and assisting with,
- Opening & Closing Duties: Responsible for opening or closing the café, including setting up for service, cash handling, and securing the premises.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver an outstanding experience to every customer, upholding The Flour Pot Bakery's excellent service standards.
- Team Leadership: Support and motivate the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Support: Assist with stock management, health & safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate when necessary.
- Barista & Food Service: Confidently prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food, maintaining consistency and speed.
- Sales & Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and support end-of-day reporting.
