Full Job Description

  • Building strategic relationships with Consultant Haematologists, Oncologists, Pharmacists, Service Managers and Commissioners
  • Identifying opportunities to improve patient access and optimise treatment pathways
  • Supporting service design, redesign and implementation initiatives
  • Leading complex stakeholder engagement across NHS organisations
  • Developing and executing high-impact account plans
  • Partnering closely with Medical, Market Access and Commercial teams

  • Strong Oncology, Haematology or Haem-Oncology experience
  • Proven Key Account Management capability within specialist care
  • Experience of NHS partnership working, local market access and pathway development
  • A track record of supporting service redesign, implementation or healthcare transformation projects
  • The scientific credibility to engage confidently with highly knowledgeable clinical stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently, own a territory and operate in a highly consultative manner
