Things are happening and changing at pace here in Children's Services in Stockton on Tees. There's lots going on and we have come a long way. We're seeking ambitious, hardworking and innovative people to join our team. We are delighted to be seeking a Keeping in Touch Worker to join our Careers Team, who work across Stockton. The role includes regular contact with young people aged 14-25 to establish and respond to their needs. The post also includes home visits and signposting appropriately to both internal and external services. You will hold your own caseload and record information using a case management system. We're looking for someone who:

- Is organised and proactive, able to manage different priorities without losing sight of the detail.
