We are looking for a passionate Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our dynamic pastry team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled pastry professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, support the daily running of the pastry section, and contribute to beautifully crafted desserts and pastries.,

• Maintain excellent standards of food presentation and consistency.
• Work closely with the Restaurant managers to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
  
  Experience in a similar role
• Level 3 food hygiene
• Experience of stock control and ordering
• High standards of cooking ability
• Leadership Skills
• Computer literate in Word and Excel
• High level of attention to detail
• Flexible and Adaptable
