As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the senior kitchen team while confidently running sections and maintaining high standards throughout service. You'll play an important role in developing consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy fresh food kitchen. Your day-to-day:

Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification
Running your own section during service
Supporting and guiding junior team members
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation

Strong organisational skills
Confidence working under pressure
