Need junior chef for our bistro restaurant in Walthamstow VillageWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen at Ruff's Bistro.Responsibilities:
- Full kitchen management and daily operations
- Menu development and seasonal specials
- Stock control and supplier management
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation
Previous experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up - Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work under pressure
