Full Job Description
- Helping prepare and plate menu items while ensuring that all food products are produced and plated according to Brand Standards
- Responsible for upholding all standards and daily operations of his kitchen in conjunction with his Sous Chef and Head Chef
- Assist with goal development and follow up, budget reviews.
- Review the daily activities
- Oversee and direct training of new hires in specified phases of the kitchen operation
- Provide feedback to staff on their performance
