Full-Time | 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
We are currently recruiting an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join an exceptional fine dining restaurant in Central London. Working alongside an accomplished senior kitchen team with Michelin-standard experience, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food using the finest seasonal ingredients, modern techniques, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years' professional kitchen experience.
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef
- Background in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs, or other quality-led establishments.
- Experience managing sections and supporting junior chefs during service.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering outstanding food and developing within a professional brigade.
