Junior Sous Chef - NEW OPENING | LACAGE BRASSERIE, KENSINGTON Looking for your next challenge? Want to be part of a brand-new restaurant from the very start?LaCage Brasserie is opening in Kensington this August and we're building an exceptional kitchen team.We're looking for a passionate Junior Sous who loves great food, enjoy working in a busy service environment, and want to grow their careers with Grandio Groupe.Your role:
- Running your own shifts with confidence
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team
- Supporting junior chefs and helping create a positive team culture
Previous experience as a Junior Sous or strong Demi Chef de Partie - Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
