Full Job Description
Corrochio's is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen. This role offers a salary from £45,000 per year, plus performance bonuses, with an immediate start available. You will help run a high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the pass and maintaining clear communication with the Front of House team throughout service.
- Overseeing daily preparation, service, closing procedures, and cleaning responsibilities.
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations and consistent delivery during busy services.
- Upholding high standards of food quality, organisation, and attention to detail.
Experience in a similar senior kitchen role. - Fluent English and the right to work in the UK.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A calm, hands-on approach and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A passion for high-quality food and meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong connection with, or experience in, Mexican cuisine.
