Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen team and help deliver authentic northern Italian food to a consistently high standard.,

Prepare and execute Lombardian pasta dishes including pizzoccheri, casoncelli, and fresh egg pasta
Produce thin-crust pizza in the northern Italian style
Assist with signature Milanese dishes such as osso buco, cotoletta alla Milanese, and risotto alla Milanese
Support the Head Chef with kitchen operations, ordering, and quality control
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in training junior kitchen staff

2-3 years' experience in an Italian kitchen; knowledge of northern Italian cuisine an advantage
Strong fresh pasta skills with familiarity with regional Lombardian varieties
Experience with thin-crust pizza preparation
Ability to perform calmly under pressure during busy service
Right to work in the UK

£14 - £16 hourly
