Junior Sous Chef

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while contributing to menu development and team leadership.,

• Assist in managing kitchen operations and service
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute ideas for menu improvements and seasonal dishes

• Pay: £19.47 per hour
