Suitable salary for more junior Social Value professional level role Mon to FriSite based role at Hospital sites in Chelsea, Kensington areAny travel between sites facilitated by free shuttle bus and/or on company expenses
Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, following a long term contract extension with an NHS Trust client, we are looking to recruit a Social Value Advisor to join the Account team, leading on Social Value principally, and wider Sustainability on occasion.
Working as a link between the Account team, the central team and client's Social Value resource, you will be the site based, day to day contact, driving Social Value initiatives.
You will lead clear and engaging communication plans, fostering awareness and driving participation in social value initiatives at every level of the organisation.
This is a fantastic role for a developing Social Value professional looking to get involved with a major Healthcare client in the built environment space.
We are very happy to consider grads from a Social Value/Sustainability background looking to develop within the field.
Actions will include:Developing and implementing social value action plans, with clearly defined timelines and outcomesEnsuring delivery of the social value commitments as outlined in our proposalMonitoring social value performance against agreed annual targets and KPIs using a variety of reporting and feedback mechanismsEngaging with charities, social enterprises and VCSEs to form partnerships that will benefit local communitiesInfluence, negotiate, build trust and form relationships with FRC stakeholdersEnter our social value data in the Social Value Portal each month to monitor, measure and report on our social value impact in line with the Social Value TOM SystemDevelop behavioural change training programmes in environmental and sustainability issues and responsibilitiesIdentify and drive ways to reduce energy, carbon emissions, waste and single use plastics across the contract
We need from you:Ideally prior experience of working with charities or community groupsPeople skills to inspire and encourage othersExperience of building strong relationships with stakeholders
