Prior sales experience isn't required - we'll provide clear guidance, structured training, and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Be Doing

• Reaching out to new businesses in a considerate and professional way
• Starting meaningful conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Understanding potential clients' challenges and identifying opportunities
• Setting up introductory meetings for experienced sales colleagues
• Keeping records accurate and organised in our CRM system
• Gradually building commercial confidence with coaching and feedback
  
  Graduates or career starters from any background
• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Naturally organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Open to learning, asking questions, and developing new skills
• Able to commute to South Manchester
  
  £28,000 base salary
