Full Job Description

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation (plans, RAID logs, status reports).
  • Support regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource utilisation.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices where required.
  • Help identify risks and issues; maintain RAID logs.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational project management standards and frameworks.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements for documentation and approvals.

    Hold relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM Foundation).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Exposure to digital transformation or technology projects.
