Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within our dynamic team.
The Junior Project Manager supports the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they remain on track, within budget, and compliant with quality standards. Working closely under the guidance of senior leadership, you will act as a vital link within the project team, taking direct responsibility for managing specific small workstreams or sub-projects within a larger, complex programme.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage specific small workstreams, ensuring all tasks are organized and delivered to the required standards.Assist in the creation of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Track project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to the project team and internal stakeholders.Support the identification and tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies, helping to develop mitigation plans.Maintain rigorous quality standards across all project deliverables within your assigned workstream.Ensure project documentation and administrative governance are kept up to date and comply with company frameworks.

Requirements:2-7 years of experience in project support or a junior management role.Demonstrable ability to manage individual tasks or small-scale work packages.Foundational understanding of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or APM).High level of organization and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team communication.

Working ModelHybrid role based in Reading.Initial 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension.
