Introduction
You'll support the marketing function across content, campaigns, and developer-facing materials. Renowned Homes' marketing generates qualified buyer demand for live developments, not just impressions, so you'll get exposure to real campaign performance, not just posting schedules
About the Employer
Renowned Homes is a London-based new homes consultancy. We don't list developments, we move them. Rather than operating as a traditional estate agency, we work as an embedded sales partner to developers, taking ownership of pricing, positioning, demand generation, and sales execution from launch through to completion.
We've sold over £80M in new homes, work with developers including Berkeley Group, Ballymore, Barratt, Hill Group, London Square and Fairview, and our founder was recognised in UK Parliament as Under 30's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2025. It's a lean, high-performance, founder-led team — apprentices here get real responsibility from day one, not just admin support.
What You'll Do
- Support content creation and scheduling across social channels
- Assist with campaign asset preparation for live developments
- Help maintain the developer event tracker and marketing calendar
- Support basic reporting on campaign and content performance
- Assist with website and listing updates (Rightmove, Zoopla)
- Coordinate marketing materials for events and developer meetings
What We're Looking For:
- Interest in marketing, content, or social media
- Good written communication and eye for detail
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
- Proactive - will suggest ideas, not just execute instructions
Training Outcome
- Path to a full Marketing Executive role as the function scales, with exposure to campaign strategy, not just execution
