Junior IT Support Assistant Apprentice

Introduction

We are looking for a diligent and punctual Junior IT Support Assistant with good problem-solving and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be willing to learn and develop through practical experience in the office, at home and on client sites.

What You'll Do

The role will support day-to-day help desk activities, IT projects, and the management of monitoring and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Level 1 help desk issues
• Provide workstation support and application/software support
• Assist with IT projects
• Assist with the management of monitoring and security systems
• Provide helpful and professional customer service when supporting users and clients

Training Outcome

• The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position with potential promotion to Junior Consultant upon passing the apprenticeship
