About the Employer

At Stephen Lane, Sales and Letting agents, we offer both a traditional approach to moving people, as well as an online approach, across all of Essex. The team is headed by myself, Stephen, and we work in conjunction with Mortgage Choice for your financial needs. My Team, and I, are always on hand to answer your questions. 

We have been involved in the property, and mortgage, industry since the late eighties and have honed our skills in many different types of market. We are passionate about ensuring that you are treated in a way that we would expect to be treated ourselves. 

Our backgrounds have been from large corporate Estate Agencies and, although this has helped us get a great understanding of what sells a home, we have always felt that they needed to go one step further and want to provide a service that keeps the client at the centre of the move at all times.

Whether you are looking to sell or buy, let your own home or become a tenant, we understand that it can be a stressful and emotional time and we want to make that move as easy as possible for you.

We also believe that the presentation of your property is paramount when finding a buyer or tenant. We will work tirelessly to ensure that your home stands out on the web, in our brochures and looks its best in the window of our prominent Furtherwick Road office.

What You'll Do

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the letting's industry. 

Responsibilities are to include but not be limited to:

• Replying and drafting professional emails to the client
• Working alongside the Sales Progression and Lettings Teams as customer support on the phone
• Interacting with customers on social media
• Completing data collection
• General office tasks
• Keeping a log of energy performance certificates
• Tagging property keys
• Helping our sales team collect feedback from viewings
• Assisting with viewings
• Own transport is essential due to assisting with viewings

Training Outcome

• A potential full-time role as a consultant upon completion of apprenticeship

Working Week: Monday- Friday 9.00am- 6.00pm Saturdays 9.00am- 5.00pm (mandatory) Thursdays will be a day off to compensate working Saturdays 1 hour for lunch (unpaid)
