Full Job Description
Introduction
You'll be embedded in our sales team, supporting negotiators across live developer instructions, from buyer enquiries through to exchange. This isn't a shadowing role — you'll be on the phones, in viewings, and learning how new-build sales actually works from week one.
About the Employer
Renowned Homes is a London-based new homes consultancy. We don't list developments, we move them. Rather than operating as a traditional estate agency, we work as an embedded sales partner to developers, taking ownership of pricing, positioning, demand generation, and sales execution from launch through to completion.
We've sold over £80M in new homes, work with developers including Berkeley Group, Ballymore, Barratt, Hill Group, London Square and Fairview, and our founder was recognised in UK Parliament as Under 30's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2025. It's a lean, high-performance, founder-led team — apprentices here get real responsibility from day one, not just admin support.
What You'll Do
What You'll Be Doing
• Handle inbound buyer enquiries and qualify leads for the sales team
• Support viewing coordination and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate buyer and property records in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Assist negotiators with progression of sales through to exchange and completion
• Learn and apply compliance requirements (AML, ID checks) under supervision
• Support developer reporting and stock updates
What You'll Learn
• End-to-end new homes sales process, from lead to legal completion
• Buyer qualification and objection handling
• Property law and compliance fundamentals relevant to sales
• CRM and pipeline management
What We're Looking For
• Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in property and sales
• Resilient and coachable — happy to be corrected and improve fast
