How you will contribute: You will work cross-functionally to execute the brand strategy for one of our iconic brands. Day-to-day, this means:

  • Developing product, packaging and pricing initiatives that drive brand and category growth.
  • Planning and executing integrated marketing communications and media plans with our agency partners.
  • Building robust business cases and providing input into annual marketing plans to deliver revenue, profit and market share targets.
  • Leading innovation from concept through to launch plans with trackable consumer and commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Category, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain) to bring plans to life in-market.
  • Monitoring brand performance using commercial and consumer data, diagnosing issues and recommending action.
  • A marketeer at Mondelēz thinks analytically, acts strategically, and takes ownership of building brand plans that deliver amazing experiences for our consumers.

  • Analytical rigour paired with a creative mindset - you diagnose brand and business issues across multiple datasets (e.g. internal P&L, EPOS, shopper & consumer data) and translate consumer insights into strong brand plans that optimise across consumer growth metrics and P&L delivery
  • A passion for our brands paired with impactful storytelling- you land recommendations and influence key stakeholders, tailoring narratives to different audiences.
  • A commitment to building an excellent culture and living our values every single day: love our consumers and brands, grow every day, do what's right and execute with excellence., 1-2 years in a commercial role, ideally Marketing (ABM/JBM/BM) in FMCG. Strong candidates from adjacent functions (Category, Sales, Insights) with marketing aptitude will also be considered.
  • P&L management and budget ownership experience.
  • Innovation and/or project management experience -leading initiatives from insight to execution.
  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar)
  • Desirable:
  • Agency management and above-the-line (ATL) campaign experience
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organisation .
  • Additional Details:
  • Role Status: We are proactively building a pipeline for future opportunities. While there is no open position at the moment, we welcome applications and will be in touch when relevant roles arise.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office.
  • Travel: Ad hoc travel may be required dependent on role and business need.
