Full Job Description

As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-established portfolio of around 150 clients. Your primary focus will be maintaining strong relationships, ensuring high retention levels, and driving revenue growth through existing accounts. This is a role that blends relationship management with a commercial edge - ideal for someone who enjoys both client interaction and achieving targets. Key Duties

  • Overseeing and nurturing a portfolio of approximately 150 accounts
  • Managing the full renewal cycle to maximise retention rates
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
  • Building trust with clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Acting as the go-to contact for all account-related matters
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Monitoring account performance and taking proactive action where needed

    £30,000 basic salary + £15,000 OTE in year one
