Full Job Description

This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial career who enjoys building relationships and wants to grow into a full Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Leadership position within 6-9 months. You'll join a fast-growing SaaS business where you'll manage and develop a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and opportunities for expansion - with structured support and training throughout., As a Junior Account Manager, you'll work with existing and newly onboarded customers, supporting relationship management, identifying opportunities to add value, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a developmental role designed to grow your commercial confidence and ownership.,

  • Identifying and engaging new prospective customers within a defined ICP
  • Conducting outbound activity via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
  • Booking high-quality, sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
  • Ensuring meetings booked are well-qualified and attended
  • Maintaining accurate activity, lead status, and notes in CRM

    Some commercial experience (sales, account management, customer success, recruitment, or similar)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Commercially aware with an interest in SaaS and technology
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to progress

    £35k base salary plus £15k commission
  • Hybrid working model based in Reading
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing training
  • Clear progression into Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Leadership roles
