- Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their commercial needs
- Managing the sales process from first conversation through to close
- Presenting solutions confidently and handling objections effectively
- Working towards revenue targets and earning uncapped commission
- Building long-term client relationships and commercial credibility You'll gain immediate exposure to clients and decision-makers, supported by structured training and ongoing coaching.
- Is graduating or has recently graduated
- Wants a client-facing role with ownership and accountability
- Is motivated by targets, results, and earning potential
- Communicates confidently and enjoys relationship-building
- Is ambitious and keen to progress quickly No prior sales experience is required - attitude, drive, and coachability are key.
- £28,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with no upper limit
