Juice Bar Barista - Welling, London

As a Juice Bar Barista, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving smoothies, juices, coffees, protein shakes, and light refreshments.
• Creating a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests.
• Taking orders and handling payments accurately.
• Recommending drinks, snacks, and products based on customer needs.
• Keeping the juice bar clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Following hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Supporting promotions, upselling opportunities, and member engagement.
• Helping members refuel, recover, and enjoy the social side of the Novo experience.
• Working with the wider gym team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
• Helping maintain the energy, atmosphere, and service standards of the club.
  
  Previous café, barista, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and well-presented.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
• Interest in fitness, nutrition, or wellness is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• Food hygiene certificate preferred, but training can be provided.
• A team player who enjoys working with people.
• Someone who understands the importance of service, presentation, and creating a great customer experience.
