• A proven track record in a target-driven B2B sales or business development role Strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert opportunities Experience within construction, building solutions, or technical sales (lift & escalator industry experience is a strong advantage) Confidence negotiating contracts and managing financial discussions Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
