Job Coach

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Job Coach to join our team, supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) as they move into meaningful, paid employment.In this rewarding role, you will work closely with learners to understand their strengths, aspirations, and support needs, helping them overcome barriers to work and develop the skills and confidence required for the workplace. You'll build strong relationships with employers to create high-quality work placement and employment opportunities, and provide ongoing support to both learners and employers to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes.
The Job Coach will be working 11 hours per week, term time only on a permanent basis.
Working collaboratively with the SEND team, you will monitor learner progress, complete workplace reviews, carry out health and safety processes, and contribute to EHCP reviews, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
