Full Job Description

As a Job Coach, you'll work closely with individuals aged 16 and above with learning disabilities, mental health and physical support needs. You will help them to discover their strengths, develop employability skills, and achieve sustainable employment, training, or further education. You'll also provide hands-on assistance with CV writing, interview preparation, travel training, and in-work support, making adjustments where needed to ensure every placement is successful. Using person-centred coaching, you'll deliver 1:1 and group support, build strong employer relationships, and help shape inclusive workplaces across projects such as:

  • CEIAG Employability Programme (Job Club) & Pathway to Employment
  • Supported Internships & DFN Project Search
  • Access to Work & Supported Employment
  • Post-16 Education & Work Experience initiatives

  • Flexibility to work across various locations and settings
