Your work may include:

• Cleaning and polishing jewellery
• Ring sizing
• Half-shanking rings
• Soldering repairs
• Repairing hinges
• Jewellery plating
• Channel setting and rebuilding rings
• Bezel setting
• Re-tipping and rebuilding claws
• Resetting replacement stones
In addition, you'll:
• Deliver quality repairs within agreed service levels and production targets
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the repairs operation
• Support the management team in maintaining the security and control of customer jewellery
• Contribute to efficient production flow and workshop performance
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience through the quality of your workmanship
