Jaguar Land Rover Parts Advisor

Jaguar Land Rover Swansea is looking for a customer-focused and organised Parts Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team. Representing two of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service standards our customers expect while supporting our workshop technicians with genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and accessories. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where no two days are the same. Whether you already have experience within a dealership parts department or come from a strong customer service background and are looking to develop a career in the motor industry, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing

• Assisting retail and trade customers with parts and accessory enquiries
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts accurately and efficiently
• Supporting workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required
• Handling telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally
• Promoting parts, accessories and aftersales products to maximise sales opportunities
• Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control procedures
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items
• Processing payments, invoices and parts documentation accurately
• Working towards departmental targets and key performance indicators
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the premium Jaguar Land Rover brand
  
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A positive and team-oriented approach
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous automotive or parts experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products or the premium automotive sector would be beneficial
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
