Itsu Team Member - Exeter

The Role: Team Member (itsu) As a Team Member, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, preparing top-quality food, and keeping the shop running smoothly day-to-day. You'll be trained in both kitchen and customer-facing roles, gaining skills across the entire shop. Your responsibilities will include: Team & Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, efficient service with a smile - always keeping the customer at the heart
• Work closely with your teammates to keep the shop running like clockwork
• Maintain beautiful displays, clean seating areas, and high front-of-house standards
• Greet and support delivery drivers and maintain great takeaway service
• Follow our 6 Hospitality Steps and Mystery Shopper standards
Food Prep & Quality
• Prepare fresh food daily to high standards, following 'Correct to Recipe' guidelines
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices (5FSF, 5FQF, FIFO)
• Support food production in both kitchen and fish sections (training provided)
• Report any food quality or safety concerns to management promptly
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety at all times (CATC & CAYG cleaning methods)
Operational Support
• Meet productivity goals and help minimise waste
• Follow correct equipment usage, cleaning and maintenance procedures
• Accurately log and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Contribute to a 5-star EHO rating through consistent standards
