IT Technician - Developmental Role

Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service? Join our Digital Support team where you'll provide first and second-line IT support, help maintain critical IT systems and equipment, and work with colleagues across the Trust to keep digital services running smoothly. You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while making a real difference to the services that support patient care., As an IT Technician, you will provide first and second-line technical support to Trust staff, resolving hardware, software and access issues through the service desk, remote support tools and on-site visits.

You will install, configure and maintain IT equipment and user accounts, ensuring systems, devices and records are managed accurately and in line with Trust standards and service levels.

Working closely with colleagues, suppliers and end users, you will help deliver a reliable, customer-focused IT service while supporting the ongoing development and improvement of digital services across the Trust.
