This is a pivotal role that keeps our school running - ensuring incidents and requests are resolved efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to staff, students and the wider team. You'll be a proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong technical knowledge across a range of devices and systems, able to prioritise tasks and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. About the IT Department: Our IT department plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of Weavers Academy, ensuring staff and students can rely on robust, responsive and effective technology. The team works collaboratively on-site, providing hands-on support across all areas of the academy, and is backed by a Regional IT Manager and a wider central IT team. Together, they share expertise, escalate complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across systems and services - creating a strong, supportive network that keeps our technology running smoothly and enables high-quality teaching and learning.
