We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our existing IT support team who provide a high quality and professional support service to all staff and students within the Academy.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of IT solutions including hardware and software, will be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team is essential and previous experience of working in an IT support role or similar would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build and develop a multitude of skills.

The successful applicant will be someone who has:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills
  • Experience of using and supporting others in the use of IT
  • The ability to prepare and maintain IT equipment throughout the Trust
