Looking to start your career in IT? We're looking for an enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build valuable technical skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a global manufacturing business.

What You'll Do

  • Adhere to Alpla's Corporate IT Policies
  • Use the ServiceNow Helpdesk
  • Provide First-Line Support for the UK IT Department
  • Monitor the UK Service Desk
    Troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate faults
  • Support Microsoft Windows Client environments
  • Deploy, install and configure Windows 11 via SCCM
  • Maintain and update Windows operating systems
  • Provide hardware support and installation (printers, projectors, etc.)
  • Monitor Windows Defender Anti-Virus
