Are you a tech enthusiast with a flair for customer service? Do you enjoy solving problems, working on varied projects, and helping others get the best from their IT systems? Kingswood School is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our friendly and fast-paced Helpdesk Team. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the first port of call for staff and pupils requiring IT support - whether that's troubleshooting technical issues via the Helpdesk, delivering IT inductions and training, supporting extra-curricular clubs and activities, or getting hands-on with system upgrades and projects. No two days are quite the same.

We're open to applicants with a range of experience - from those seeking their first role in IT support to more experienced technicians. What matters most is your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. You'll need a relevant computing qualification and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. Experience in a similar environment would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
