Experience working with a centralised or remote infrastructure/network team. Strong understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies and end-user computing. Experience supporting networking infrastructure and troubleshooting connectivity issues., Proven track record of delivering excellent

customer service, Skills which are essential for the role: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with users who have varying levels of IT knowledge. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help people. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. It would be great if you had: Experience within manufacturing, chemical, engineering, or other industrial environments. Knowledge of cyber security best practices. Infrastructure & Network Support Support local network infrastructure, including switches, wireless networks, connectivity, and associated hardware. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the Group Infrastructure and Network teams to resolve incidents and implement changes. Support cyber security initiatives, patching activities, and technical compliance requirements.
