IT Support Apprentice

The White Horse Federation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our IT Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills, gain a recognised qualification, and work alongside experienced IT professionals supporting staff and pupils across our schools., As an IT Support Apprentice, you will help provide first-line technical support, assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, and contribute to projects that ensure our schools have reliable and effective technology systems. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong interest in IT, enjoys problem-solving, and is keen to learn in a professional and supportive environment., Provide first-line IT support to staff and students. Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.,
