IT Support Apprentice

You'll be based on-site, predominantly at The Wellington Academies, although some cross-site work may be required at our other sites. The role will sit as part of the central IT support team and be a deployable resource in the direction of the Trust IT Lead across all schools within the Trust.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing central IT Team. This is an exciting opportunity, with the opportunity to undertake a comprehensive Level 3 Microsoft IT Support Technician Apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while developing key technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and customer service focused approach that supports and endorses the vision, ethos and values of the Trust. This is a full-time role, in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, where your ability to use initiative and solve problems independently will be key.
