Introduction
This role offers hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 IT Network Technician Apprenticeship You will support internal and external users, helping to diagnose issues, maintain systems, and contribute to a secure and efficient IT environment.

What You'll Do
- Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Log, manage, and update support tickets
- Troubleshoot ICT issues using appropriate tools and methods
- Communicate clearly with users, managing expectations and escalations
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices
- Support desktop setup, repair, and basic networking tasks
- Apply security best practices and follow organisational policies
- Assist with network device and mobile device administration
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills
