Velocity Academy has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support Technician with Metamation, a CAD CAM Software company based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get themselves into IT and kickstart a career.

Metamation Europe - U.K Office has been providing sheet metal CAD CAM Software to a range of countries across the globe. Headquartered in India where our software has been developed for over 20 years where we are now part of one of the world’s largest machine tool manufacturers TRUMPF.What You'll Do
As a successful applicant, you will join our UK support team where you will receive excellent training. Our support team are the no.1 of our business and will be providing support based on the following.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Our Internal CAD CAM modules.
- Software Installation.
- Solutions for questions, both direct customer engagement and offline through our support systems.
- Researching and documenting solutions.
- Creating and configuring machine parameters.
Training Outcome
The role offers long-term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.
