This is a highly visible role, working closely with our Systems & Technology Director, key business stakeholders, and external technology partners. You'll be responsible for managing Alliance's strategic IT service partner, Endava, alongside a wider network of technology suppliers across the UK, France, Germany, the US, Singapore, and China.
If you're passionate about supplier management, service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and driving value from technology investments, we'd love to hear from you.

Lead supplier governance activities, including performance reviews, service evaluations, and improvement initiatives
Provide regular service performance reporting and insights to key stakeholders
Challenge and support suppliers to continuously improve service quality and user experience
Optimise technology spend and value
Monitor service utilisation, licensing, and consumption to ensure cost-effective delivery
Support procurement, contract renewals, supplier selection, and re-tendering activities
Identify opportunities to optimise software investments and maximise return on technology spend
Ensure effective governance across software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, and managed service arrangements
Partner with the business
Act as the key relationship manager between internal teams and external suppliers
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to understand service requirements and evolving business needs
Gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and turn insights into meaningful service improvements
Support the delivery of a technology environment that enables colleagues to perform at their best
Lead continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational effectiveness, and supplier performance
Drive service enhancements and support the introduction of new technologies and capabilities
Influence positive change across the IT service landscape while ensuring alignment with Alliance's technology strategy
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded IT service professional who can build strong partnerships, influence outcomes, and hold suppliers accountable for delivering exceptional results.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party technology providers
Strong supplier and vendor management experience across the full supplier lifecycle
Experience monitoring and managing service performance against SLAs and KPIs
Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks, with ITIL certification (or working towards it) advantageous
Experience overseeing technology procurement, contract renewals, and supplier negotiations
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Experience driving service improvements, operational efficiencies, and change initiatives
Strong understanding of IT service delivery, end-user support, and technology operations
Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS subscription models, and Microsoft technologies
A commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge existing practices and maximise value from technology investments
At Alliance, you'll have the opportunity to influence the technology experience of colleagues across multiple locations while working with senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
This role offers a unique blend of supplier management, service delivery, commercial oversight, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving accountability, and creating measurable business value.
