Full Job Description

We're seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager to lead a small technical team supporting customers using High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems, including Linux clusters and workstations. This role blends technical leadership, solution design, customer engagement, and pre-sales support.,

  • Lead and mentor IT Support Engineers
  • Act as senior escalation point for technical issues
  • Design and deliver HPC and infrastructure solutions
  • Oversee system builds, configuration, and handover
  • Work with suppliers on procurement and upgrades
  • Support sales through technical input and proposals

    Essential:
  • Strong systems/infrastructure background
  • Linux server and desktop experience
  • Customer-facing support experience
  • Solution design capability
  • Strong communication and organisation
    • Desirable:
  • HPC, servers, or cluster experience
  • Cloud/hybrid architecture exposure
