IT Services Officer

To deliver comprehensive technical support and drive digital innovation across the college, ensuring all staff and learners have seamless access to modern, secure, and inclusive digital services. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with digital transformation leadership, positioning the college for educational excellence, All staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of learners, and all those working at the College are expected to uphold this commitment. As part of our safer recruitment processes, all new starters must successfully complete the required preemployment checks prior to commencing employment. This includes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. For roles that involve direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also a mandatory requirement.

Roles at Coleg y Cymoedd are campusbased to support teaching, learner experience and service delivery.
